Pumped and Dumped?

Clean as of 5/29/2014

Large cash reserves.

The company brought in over a million in revenue (although had an ultimate loss)

The management is extremely strong with Ex-IBM, Microsoft, Citrix members towards the top of the company.

Low float of only 114,473,019

Low auth shares of only 195,000,000

Company wants to uplist to the NASDAQ

The company is operating at a loss

They are in competition with companies like Google and Microsoft for market share.

The stock price has been bleeding for some time, although may be finding bottom now.

The company does have authorization for a reverse split, it is unlikely that this will be used unless the stock price increases massively as Hopto will only use it to help them list to the NASDAQ (per most recent 10Q, this has been approved for at least the last 2 years so it's unlikely to be used).

Upcoming Expectations

In the coming months (to a year) hoTO expects to increase its company userbase. They currently have hundreds of thousands of users (many from the consumer release of their product) and plan on using the consumer release to driver customers to the business version. hopTo sees itself as a business solution and not intending to greatly profit from the general consumer. The company has lowered its losses from $3.9 million to $672,000 in the previous year and could be close to profitable by the next year. With an extremely strong management team, this company could go a long way.
